Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or only lightly used, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping times may vary depending on your country of residence.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective
- the item arrived damaged
- you received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- heavily used personal care products
- custom or personalized products
- gift cards
- sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must still be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
