1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store get-lumera.com, operated by Lumera.

2. Offer and Contract Formation

Product listings in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is concluded once your order has been confirmed by email.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately during checkout.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the methods available at checkout.
The amount is charged immediately upon order completion.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Lumera until full payment has been received.

7. Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• the product is unused

• in original condition

• and returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.
Any obvious defects must be reported immediately after receipt.

9. Liability

Lumera is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

12. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company, where legally permitted.
